Thanks for all the great info. I went shopping after we met --planners in hand--and bought exactly what I needed for all the meals. What a concept! Lots of vegetables, lean chicken, un-breaded shrimp, etc. I even bought two extra packages of chicken since they were on sale. So far, meals have gone smoothly. I make adjustments where needed, but I have an overall game plan. It feels like I'm more in control. – Marcia S. 
I wanted to let you know that I truly enjoyed your class…. I came away with a lot of useful information and have referred to your handout several times. I find the bullet point areas to be especially helpful as I can refer quickly to the area that I am struggling with. I am still at week 1 stage but my family has adjusted to eating healthier very well. I am anxious to get your book with the recipes as I think that I will need that going forward. – Carole M.

I took your class at the Present Moment last Tuesday. I just wanted to let you know that you have really inspired me to get my meal planning organized. My husband and I have taken the Making Time for Dinner class by Cassie and it was really a great class. We learned how to eat healthier and shop better. I still use the program materials every week when I do my shopping and the recipes are really great! – Carole H.
