Weekly Planner
This tool helps the family “get it all done”. It’s time to reprioritize feeding your family, but you still need to be in a million places at once. Plan ahead – that’s it! There’s always a solution that doesn’t involve fast food, take out or processed meals IF you plan ahead. You spend the same energy and time on dinners whether you plan or not, the difference is that your energy spent becomes more positive when you have planned ahead. You won’t be franticly looking for dinner at the last minute – you will already have thought it through.
The weekly planner is a simple 8 ½ x 11 pad. Each sheet will comprise 1 week of your schedule. I recommend that you still keep your own calendar, as you do now. This will be an additional tool to aid in your days and force you to commit to planning and prioritizing.
Features:
- Organize your life, in detail, one week at a time
- Keep all of your notes in one place – no more random scraps of paper everywhere
- Make time for your own personal items such as exercise, bible studies, personal time
- No set start date, begin when you like (likewise, if you take a break, it’s easy to pick back up with a fresh weekly planner sheet.)
- Carry the one sheet of paper with you all week and then file it away so you always have those notes (phone numbers, e-mails, measurements, ideas, etc.)
Plan your whole schedule, to dos, calls, errands, etc. THEN plan your meals to fit into your schedule. Flip up the bottom section and you are ready to complete your grocery list.
- Requires minimal weekly time to complete
- Reduce time at the grocery store and nights out at fast food or take out - Money saver and calorie saver
- Spot for a personal goal that you set for yourself each week
- Can be completed wherever and whenever
