The book has ideas to make meal planning more streamlined. It even gets into items such as sensory challenged children, the fussy child, and covers baby feeding all the way up to older kid involvement.

The recipes contain ingredients that are basic and not highly processed. Stocking your cabinets well with the staple list, provided in the book, will get you started to having lots of the ingredients within each recipes. Plus, with simple meal planning, you will always remember to pick up the additional ingredients when you are at the store.
